Need a hookup for some powdercoating

Hey guys, need to know if any of you know of a good shop where I can get a set of rims sandblasted and powdercoated. Trying to get my old ride cleaned up so I can sell it.

Also, if any of you are good mechanics, I could really use some help. One of my spark plugs cross threaded the head of the old bike, I think I may have to get it tapped or something. It happened while winterizing it. It doesn't look too bad, but I'm not sure what to do with it.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.
