OK everyone group project.


I need a warranty procedure for parts warranty as used in an auto parts store, I need every step from the customer bringing the part back to the store getting its check or credit...


Also I am looking for a copy of all the paperwork from one warranty claim, and a picture of the failed part if possible.


And any warranty statistics printouts the parts store may use to track their warranty...

I have one volunteer, any other takers...


*Note- Not from one of the large chain stores (murrays)...
