Thanks for all the replies. Livonia only offers Bright House...formally know as Time Warner. So WOW and Comcast isn't a choice. I had Comcast when I lived in Wasteland...but I had ran into some problems w/them similar to Jays. I have Direct TV and they offer Internet...but the modem is a GRAND.

My brother and sister in law live in Livonia and have Bright House. They have no complaints from them at all. Always workin great customer service.
