i guess thats true, my parents got the house almost 12 years ago and then my dad kept it when the divorce happened, and he has put so much into it, it was cheap when i first lived there, but now its getting more and more expensive to keep that house.

well if they bought in Rochester 12 years ago and renovated it since he should make a killing on it when he sells....

I dunno.. I'm lucky if i ride the big bike once a week any more.. Saturdays are my
day with the mafia.. I might get out more now that my bike will be in my garage rather than a half hour away... So we shall see...Yeah slothy. the taxes have gotta be killer there.. ON top of the fact you cant get anything remotely decent for under $175K.. Unless it has wheels and taillights of course...
