Friends ran yellow i stopped cop pulled me over got improperly mounted liscence place ($50) and no operators lisence ($100), and he could have impounded but made me sit until i got someone to pick it up.

Why is this such an issue? Just get your permit and then take the road test. Hell you can take it on a damn moped. Then you are legal till may when you can take the class.
