Well you hear the fuel pump, when mine did that i dumped a little gas down the TB and it would run, one thing to try. otherwise check your spark coil wire went bad on mine and was jumping spark like crazy... Need 3 things to run eliminate them 1 at a time air, fuel, spark...

I'd say check the plug wires. It's wet out so it will run like crap or not at all if they are arcing.

take one out and ground it with screw driver when you start it

Pull the coil wire off cap put screw driver in and hold close to head n cranck see if spark jumps, then pull the cap and check your rotor see if cracked etc

This method does work on a 4 wheeler or dirt bike, when u cant see the spark....
