I need a clutch basket for a 96 900RR can anyone let me know where to get one for a good price, and is it easy to put in?? I wanna do it this winter,, so HOLLA and let me know,,

well this is only happening in second gear but when i get on it hard up around 9-10 grand it slips real quick like the chain jumped or something?????

hrrrmmmm.... I dunno cuz when I replaced my clutch it was because I couldnt leave 1st from trying to do circle burnouts. So what happened is the plate actually broke. LOL
Ask Slothy he's pretty smart on this ****.

sounds like a clutch...either way the basket or the clutch are both easy to change....how many abused miles on your P-O-S? let me know, we can do it at my house..full heated work space, takes about a half an hour.

thats was another thought i had is that i might have broke a couple teeth on second gear??? i talked to a guy and he said that if that was the case then it would chew up the others pretty quickly???

what i need to do is take it apart and inspect for metal shavings and inspect the second gear to make sure its okay...if the gears are fine then i need to just replace the clutch.....how much are them bad boys???

either way fock it im working on my sled now the bike can wait?!?!?!?!?!?!

damn stuntin!!!!!! tearin up my damn bike i should just sell it :devil

clutch's run around 100-150 bucks retail...who knows what I get them for, I'll check and get back with ya
