So, what are you going to be charged with? Very sad about the rider, and i wish the best for you. Accidents happen, and sometimes they take lives, very sad, but it is a part of life. We all have to live with the choices we make, some good, some bad.

What price wisdom?
First my apologies to Sclevela and TIM. I guess I was in the anger phase of the grieving process.
I've spoken to a few attorneys and they all basically said anything I say can and will be turned against me so shut up.
They have definitly put the fear of God in me.
Worse yet is realizing the extent of my ignorance and what a little bit of wisdom costs.

I spoke to the rider who was struck that night. He's back home. His hand was reconstructed though how much use he'll have remains to be seen. His leg will be OK.

1st off RIP! and i am glad to see u people decided to grow up and stop fighting about this! all that needed to ever be said was RIP and it definatly should have been left at that! if i ever pass away because of something like this i certainly hope people do not start a thread fighting over my death!
