no linky yet, but i was watching the news and the top story was that there were some off-duty detroit cops on 96 and greenfield and a semi hit them and at least one died. the semi driver stopped, got out to check the damage on his truck and kept on going....bastard.....in sure there will be a link to the story by morning....

 

Add on top of that, one of Ryans (guy I bring around once in awhile) buddies is in Ann Arbor right now.
Hit a pickup last Saturday and severed his leg among a list of other injuries. Kids only like 20 or so too, came down to inexperience but is still unfortunate.

My brother in law and a buddy were brake checked on Van Dyke Expressway last week. His buddy went down and is in ICU in some bad shape also. Was wearing a Tshirt, and is going to need some major skin grafting. Driver involved skipped the scene.

 

Time for everyone to start riding with the heater and give some love back to those that show us so much!!!!!!!!!!

I just got word that his name was Rodney Young and he was 46. It is also being said the the truck driver did not know he hit anything (at least that is the story that the driver is supposedly standing by). I can't vouch for the accuracy at this point, being that it is coming from a friend who is friends with one of the guys he was riding with. MY brother is part of a group of police officers that ride( he not police, nor are all the members). They call themselves the "Young Gunz".... although he (Rodney Young) was not part of their club, he was a friend to some. I can post more as I find out.
