Trip to Laguna Seca for SBK World Superbike Championship

I want to get a group together to drive out (trailer the bikes) to California next summer for:

Honda International Superbike Classic
SBK World Superbike Championship
July 11 - 13, 2003

If anyone is interested in going or has any good ideas of route, stop points, etc. post up

Actually I'm looking at some enclosed trailers for next year to do just that. But not july, but for around this time of year. Early October. Maybe we can get a few trailers together and get a big group to go...we will see. July sounds good too but...HOT. Maybe we can put our brains together over the holliday and see what we can come up with. I have ideas.

Speaking from a person who use to live in LA. July is great. It's not too hot unless you get into the valley. Around the coast it starts around 75-80 then get progressively hotter as you move inland. In the valley it can reach up to 115+. Thats hot!! But when your on the bike you don't notice...untill you stop!!:D

That sounds like a cool idea. Get out of this nasty place while it's cold.

Although, I'd be a little apprehensive about riding in CA. Out there, that's where the guys really know their stuff. Every damn commute is set up like a racetrack, it's not fair.
