You have to know which ones to go to, and which ones to avoid. The one at 696 and Gratiot is the worst. Slow, wrong, etc.

The one at 13 and a half and Van Dyke isn't to bad. I go there about once a month for a sack. The wait is only about 15 minutes per car :YEAH but, the order is usually right.

dude...go to their website...and either send them an email or cal ( i recommend calling them)...complain and they will give you free stuff.

You go straight to hell! Dont you dare speak in bad ways about the castle. I have been eating white castle religiously for more years than I can remember. In all my trips they have only screwed up 3 times. All 3 times it was the exact same thing. Twce at 16 and GB and one at the Van Dyke location.

The screw up you ask? They handed me my bag of food and forgot to ask for my money. The 1st time this happened I sat at the window for 2 minutes and no one came back. I said **** it and rolled. All 3 instances happened within a month too.

IMO there has never been and never will be a better fast food.

 

Come on now thats part of the white castle experience, peeps you know you dont go there for the outstanding service. Mmmmmmmmmm a slider sounds good

And I seem to recall us coming back from the bar one night, and you actually predicting that we would get our food for free that night, and we did. I was stunned. I thought you used the jedi mind trick.

 

So I just went for a 2nd chance trip..

Got them new french onion gigs. All I could hear in my head was that stupid *** commercial.. They tasted no different than the normal cheeseburger.. But still yummy...
