okay here is my problem...the holiday inn select in rosemont il is charging me for my room. this hotel is the 1st hotle that we were supposed to stay at. the hotel gave me a confermation number but i have since threw it away. what i need is anyone that made a reservation at the first hotel to give me names or cancelation numbers for their rooms. i know that tim talked to some lady i need all the info i possibly can get so i can get my 90 bucks back thank you.

I don't understand the problem, you didn't check in right?? So how can they charge you for the room? Tell them to kiss you *** and dispute the charge on your credit card!

 

i got it handled...i told them there was an entire group that cancelled and they finally figured it out

note to self....never throw away important numbers....ever
