Hey I need help with some landscaping. My basement flooded because the previous owners were asses. They made a sidewalk from the driveway to a walkout door in the basement angle towards the house. I dug out what I could, but the ground is still quite frozen. Can anyone help I am desperate. I had to tear out a floor that was just put in a couple months ago. I need to have this problem fixed.

I could not even get my bike out of my basement because of this. If you can help or know someone who can please let me know. I will PM you with my info. if you can help me.
