The max dosage you can take is 4 grams in a 24 hour period. That's about 8 500mg pills. But take too much and you'll risk an acetaminophen overdose. The side effects of which are liver and kidney damage which can lead to internal organ failure.

Yeah.. this group has serious concerns for their liver's safety...
I have eaten 6 Motrin already today. They seem to work better for me..
