I called jason in the hospital just a few minutes ago to find out how things are. he kinda gave me the low-down on the whole thing. He was getting on 75 south from 59, he was speeding up to catch up with traffic when a car came over he thinks 2 lanes and damn near stopped right in from of him. He jammed the brakes and slammed into the back of the car. Hes got some pretty bad road rash, a few tendins and ligaments are messed up, a sprained foot, a broken nose, and his left knee is all jacked up. He said nothing else major but still. He said that he should be going home sometime today...he hopes.

 

did they ticket her for causing an accident...or was the cop a jerk and wrote us Jay because he rear ended her?
