Not sure if this will help but...I don't know what all the time off work stuff is about, as long as you don't work weekends. When we go we ride down in the morning. The park doesn't open till 10, so if you roll in around 11 you still have all day. Get a motel ahead of time and roll in after the park closes to check in. There's a sleep inn on milan rd that isn't to far away and there's an applebees in the same parking lot. Get some food and some brews. The waitresses are cool and they hung out with us and drank after they got off. Next moning we headed up to the bob evans for some breakfast, it's like a half mile away...then rode home. Leave Sat morning and be back home by sunday afternoon. Helps if someone drives so they can carry your stuff...but not necessary. Seems to work out for us. But shoot, your talking 4 months away though. I think we went in September last year.
