What modifications did you do on your GSXR 1000 engine (if any) for it not to lack oil on twelves ?

well since jay never comes on anymore he didnt do anything he had -3+10 gearing a bar and a cage. but he doesnt ride that anymore he got himself a streetfighter f4i

get a 01 or 02 motor they last longer than the 03's and fits in the frame

 

I love gixxer 1000's.. Jay made that thing look so nasty..

 

Get A Oil Baffle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and not, its an oil baffle, it keeps your motor from blowing

 

Keeps a pocket of oil at pick-up , put it between oilpan . was made for Dragracing gsxr's. than some started for stunting. My buddy bought one (not sure were possibly Schnitz racing) for template, than he started making them on his own Millin machine.
From own experience it works, have plenty of buddies that didn't use them , dragracing and stunting, now they have them and I am not saying will cure problem BUT, it sure does help. No-one has killed a motor.

might be interested, got an '03 1000 i would like to keep healthy and a 03 600 stunner that could benefit from it too. I have lots of friends with gixxers too. how much if we buy a few of them?

 

35 bucks, and you would need to buy gaskets, most likely just one if you don't rip the stock.
