I don't know if I ever met John, but this is terrible news. Condolences to his family and all of you who knew him well. I'm sure he'll be watching us from Heaven from now on.

I think since the first summer I started riding I have known at least 2 people that died on their bikes every year. It's sad to see it happen over and over again. I was just at a wake today from an unrelated accident...I loved riding the streets but this is a big part of the reason I am choosing not to do that anymore. Ride safe...trust your insticts above all else.

I'm sorry to hear about John. . This is another reason Nick and I got out of the sport. More and more accidents, people gettin hurt, or even dieing. NOT GOOD. Thoughts and Prayers go out to everyone and his family. Just sad.
Please be careful everyone.

I feel lucky just to be able to walk around and talk to people.
I never had the pleasure to meet him but I feel badly for his family and I hope his closest friends will stick close to his family during this obviously very hard time.
Please everyone wear a helmet at the very least. Your skull is probably the only bone in your body that you cannot afford to break. I am not saying that he was stupid for not wearing one because its up to the individual. But if I see any of my friends stuntin without a lid after them seeing me crash twice then I'll call them stupid.
