I am in the process of getting cheap hotel rooms for everyone at one hotel near the release party and near the after party club. Sorry, I don't think that we will be able to do what other teams do and offer a free place to stay. I live with my girlfriend in a one bedroom apartment...too small.

I am working with our local Miller distributor to supply several half barrels for free. Hope to have somewhere to legaly ride for everyone that comes...we'll see???

We are also having 4 solid weeks of heavy TV advertizing in our area so there will be pleanty of people there to have a good time.

Let me know of anyother things I might be overlooking, I would like to make this as cool as possible for all that come from out of town, and of course the locals.

It is very close to the release party and the after party. All you need to do is tell them that you want the corporate rate, no need to metion d-Aces or anything...sounds weird but thats what they said. Those rates are the best I could get.

Please, lets not make it the usual stunters hotel and destroy it.

Hope this is not dumb, but you do use NTSC format and not PAL right? We can ship it to you, you just need to pay the exact shipping. Maybe by then I will have it set up on our site to pay for shipping out of the mainland US.

We actually use PAL but every player over here has NTSC format now so it doesn't matter what format it comes in anymore.
