I've watched the new trailer a couple times now and i can't seem to find any video footage of dan? Is he still in D-ACES?

dan was taken away from his bike while a rag of cyanide was held over his mouth and he was then raped brutally.......it was a sad thing.......he still is without a bike, but taking donations from ill homeless men.
