Got a few pics of the mock up of the new bike... Still need a few seals and bolts but started mocking it up to try to get a complete list of what I need. Kinda having a little issue with the 06 shock, seems the lower mount is a differant width than 03-04, can use the uni track mount off the 06 but the holes are different spacing apart as compared to the 03-04, not sure what that will do to ride height just yet, but really hate to have to find a 03-04 shock. Anyways figured I'd post up a few pics, gotta decide color and rattle can or not..

Yeah painted def.. gota dent to cover up.. but just not sure what color yet.. it's just going to be a practice/trash bike...

I got a 05-06 shock but just need to search and see what you have to use to make it work on 03-04 frame/swingarm. the lower mount is narrower on the shock.

Still need a swingarm pivot bolt,rear axle,rear rim,rear rotor,rearsets,throttle tube,upper shock mount,and a mid motor mount bolt. if anyone has some of this **** hit me up.. sure I will need more but thats why I want to mock it up before painting it and putting it together.

 

JBLOX i have a tool its basically an easy out you drill a hole n the head of the bolt and the you rotate this tool init backwards it will lock in the hole where you can either hold the head still or rotate i t

yea he got it welded up.

 

Yeah it was about 4-5 inches long.. and spidered out in many spots.. drill stopped it and welded it but I skeptical if it will come back or not...

Just use the screwdriver method, be careful not to crack the head. Also you can try a impact on the socket, use the screwdriver method a lot of times it will spin fast enough to come loose.

It will probably re-crack next to the welds. Both of my 03's did this
