just got done on the swingarm, looks ok for rattle can **** lol....I pretty much gave up on powdercoat dude, I mean **** if it takes this long just to get him to respond, I'd hate to think how long it would take to get your **** back

check cage first, check preload and compression settings, forks leaking any?
if the cage is tight and they aren't leaking any it sounds like either the seals were replaced and somebody didn't fill them back up all the way, the compression setting is too low, or the preload is backed off to far, weak spring, 0 weight oil, could be a lot of things, really have to ride it and hear it to know for sure...
will tell u I rebuilt the whole front end on one before chasing loose cage bolts, they ussally make a snapping noise when doing endo's though and kinda metal to metal when setting it down but nothing like a fork noise, if your sure it's in the forks what is it like doing endos, weak, noises, no damping? etc...
