I have the actual frame. The frame has some dents (cosmetic only) and comes with a never before registered MSO.

If you don't know what an MSO (manufacturers statement of origin) is, it's the paperwork that you get from the dealership when you buy a brand new bike. The first time the bike is registered, the RMV takes this paperwork and gives you a title and registration. I never did this step because it went directly from the showroom to the race track and was never ridden on the street....

As long as it you have the MSO and the frame has a VIN # you should be fine
