I have jumper cables, but I think the battery may be shot

hey, does cycle gear install tires up there? They're having a one day sale for Pirelli Diablos today for like 169 a pair....I think I may head up there if they install them too, I take it that it would be a little extra to install right? My 636 needs new tires bad
