IT SHOULD NOT COME OUT OF THE BOTTOM, REPLACE THE COPPER WASHER ON THE DRAIN BOLT. A SMALL AMOUNT WILL TRAIL ON THE TUBE AFTER YOU HAVE CHANGED A SEAL, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO WIPE IT OFF, IF IT CONTINUES TO LEAK, RE-DO IT.

yeah cuz it's leaves oil build-up at the bottom of the chrome tube. It's been 2 days of riding since i put them on and it still hasn't stop.

It's annoying but not a problem if you say it is normal after changing the fork seals.
