Its a cheap peace of mind upgrade to that kit to jus pick up a set of NX or NOS jets and spray nozzle. Save urself from detonating on ur 1st squeeze and blowin ur motor. U heard Chics dont dig premature detonation
please do some research before making such claims.

If you go out and but a NOS or NX nozzle and jets, you will be wasting money replacing identical parts. This is a dry kit so there is nothing to atomize, as there is no fuel sprayed through the nozzle.

The LSX platform will read the nitrous passing through the MAF and add the needed fuel enrichment through the PCM and fuel injectors.

Please don't go buy new jets the only difference will be the NX stamp on the side

Brand X is the budget line for Nitro Dave's Nitrous Outlet. They are a major player in the 4th Gen F-body world. Have been in business for years and offer some of the best customer support in the performance industry.

And to the O.P. ... thanks for you order. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Re: The bullshit thread.

if its not bigger than a 150 shot, dont waste my time.
i'm all about cheap performance parts, i'm running an ebay turbo, i've ran them before, but i dont recomend a dry shot, but get a piggy back fuel and spark controller atleast, as well as a wideband, hp tuners would be good too or some sort of data logger.
did i mention i am running a turboed lq4 in my fox body (2001 6.0 gen 3 chevy motor).

Re: The bullshit thread.

Kevin, do you know anyone with a subaru that needs some gauges? I still have those Greddy SM integrate gauges in a clock pod for a wrx that I need to get rid off. I'll give somebody local a good deal.

Re: The bullshit thread.

The huge one is nasioc.com, but after dealing with nearly 100 PM's over there asking stupid questions I am sick of it. Subaru people are some of the biggest dueche bags.

Re: The bullshit thread.

the lq9 is the same 317 heads, but flat top pistons, 10:1 instead of dished 9.4:1 compression like an lq4.
the truck coils are the best.
and no the car i brought to the spot was OVR KILL. 8 15inch sub woofers in a jetta on baggs.

they were 317 heads, i figured they had different heads due to the compression #'s that you gave (which are on tha $)

from what i hear they are very sought after stock heads due to the port size (similar to ls6 ports) and the larger combustion chambers (for blown or turbo) applications like what your doing, lemme know more about what your doing tuning-wise are you doing your own, or do you know someone that has a dyno doing some reprogramming?

Re: The bullshit thread.

i'm going to use hp tuners, i'm going to use a wideband, tune it with open loop only, i have removed all o2 sensors, i'll do a custom operating system with a speed density on a 2 bar map... (12 psi to start with), i'm using open loop because i dont want long and short term fuel trims to effect my tune... i'll probably just tune from the seat of my pants until i get money for a dyno tune, but dynos can **** you too, your car could pull more load under its own weight then a dyno can calculate thus leaving you with a lean condition... but its a light car so i probably wont have that issue(GTOs have this issue, 3800 pound car)

i haven't had to have any tuning done on a dyno....thanks for the insight
