Fishing sucks right now at lake amistad. The fish are acting like *******. I ended up doing some mods to my triton. I'll post pics when I get some. Minn Kota Maxxum Pro 80 with lift assist, us2, digital maximizer. Lowrance x102c color graph on bow with the flush mount. Hot fire I tell you!!

Everyone in austin quit and all the spots are gone. The bike ended up just sitting in the garage so I decided to sell it. I'll still stunt though. I am putting a hand brake on my 636 that is my street bike but I just don't ride enough anymore to justify having a dedicated stunt bike.

It's hard to catch decent fish at amistad. Our lake water went up about 20 ft because a damn broke some where around el paso. So all that water, plus cold weather and all the good fish are either suspended in 50 ft or they are at the bottom staying warm. This lake is a 200 ft deep lake with the rio grande in it so it's about 1000 sqaure miles of shoreline. This spawn season is gonna be sick though!
Went out yesterday morning before i went into work for about 2 hours. This was my best one and i caught it on a swimbait.

not bad for the season bro, its pretty hard to hook into em right now.. the only blacks i caught weren't even of size and 1 was on a 5" curly tail grub and the other was on minnow on the bottom
**** it was so cold the 1st night we were out there that in the morning when the sun was barely breaking and the blacks were hittin top water that i was getting ice on my reel as i was reeling in from the water on the line. and it got to the point i couldn't cast anymore because te top eyelet was completely covered in ice

here's my LMB, got it on minnow.. i swear man, in the cold its so ******* hard to hook into em with a worm... i can't wait till it gets warm again.
lol.. i seriously almost fell in the water laughin when i saw this... it looks like the LMB is trying to swallow the white and the white looks all suprised
