I finally and gettin my handy brake today so now i just gotta swithc my masters around and put it on....Im gonna take my radial off my front and use it for the HB and use the one im getting for my front brake

 

Man I rode today for about 30 mins and the bike died andnever turned back on. I took all the Cali emissions stuff off and did a proper KLEEN mod, but I think the fuel pump or the battery is poopin out.

I did get some stoppies in! The rain really cleaned up the spot! Im fuking loving this 636 for stoppies, just wish I could figure out wtf is going on with it.

 

I still havent figured out wtf is going on with my bike everytime i put down a wheelie or hit the brake real hard pretty mucha ny kind of jarring it sounds like its runnin on one cylender for about ten seconds then goes back to normal...??????? Kinda sounds like a johnson outbored underwater

 

yeah, mine was doing the same, but not after a jolt. It would happen about every 2 mins. I thought it was the tank not venting right. It still could be but it also might be the charging system not keeping up, or the fuel pump burning out.

I found out its not a 600 after all, but a 600 frame with a 636 ebay-motor. It should be solid, but I wonder if my wiring harness is still 600 and the motor swap requires a 636 harness. Ill find out monday

It was that AMA legal 599cc. When that engine let go, a 636 was injected in. Well, according to Larry over at woods anyways.
