to bad you cant just get the individual parts. Those levers work great but they're made from crap alum.

 

ima have this dude at my step dad's work fab up a steel raptor on his cnc machine and see if it works.that **** would be strong.stuntgarbage clutch perches coming soon :YEAH

i have a K&N air filter for my 929. is it worth the trouble to put it in? How do i prep the filter before putting it in?

 

no. those things are booty. it will kill all the low end and make the bike run like ***. those filters suck.

 

I Never Had A Problem With Mine, Just Put Some Grease Around The Edges.

 

ONE CAME WITH MY 929. TOOK IT OUT BEFORE I EVER STARTED IT, ITS STILL MINT, PLUS I THINK IT CAN BE CLEANED.

 

why did you take it out?

 

THAT FULL SYSTEM W/ K&N AND NO POWER COMANDER OR REMAP = BAD HESITATION.

STOCK SYSTEM, OEM FILTER = RUNS LIKE A CHAMP.. ERR.. RAN LIKE A CHAMP.

 

with a full system or shorty exhaust and a hi-flo filter the bike runs too lean and it kills the low end and makes it boggy. I dunno how bad it is on a 929 but I know it sucks *** on a 600. makes the bike fall on it's face.

 

... headin to LA to go get my street cred merritt badge ... hope to come back in uno piece.
