LB - I got it started, but dies out randomly. The battery is completely dead tho, picking up a new one tomorrow. The whole tac is cutting on/off, even when its running.
Waco - my bad about hitting you up, but it wouldn't have been much fun w/o a bike.

you might want to look everything over. I know a dead or almost dead battery will make it do all kinds of weird stuff. If you need any parts jerod has some stuff. I'll get that exhaust for ya too. and replace that k&n with a stocker as soon as you get a chance too. those things are garbage. I'd have done it already if i'd have had a garage while I had the bike but I didnt have a place to work on it.

I won't get a chance till tonight to really go over everything, but I did notice a black 2 pin clip unplugged next to the battery. Couldn't find a female end for it to go into, but I'll look harder tonight. It might just be from turn signals or an alarm.

That plug might go to the umm...little metal square car audio looking amp thing on the subframe that holds power.
I forgot what its called because i haven't have a bike break down on me since the gsxr days!
For reals though, that might be why the battery keeps getting drained.

I'll check that out. On a voltmeter it shows 11.5 volts, but once you draw from it it drops to 6 or lower. Got a stock air filter on the way back to SA and threw the bike on a charger. Tomorrow, I'll know more when I get the tank off and have daylight.
