Suzuki couldn't build a decent clutch if the mother land depended on it. Thankfully you switched to Red before your clutch arm fell off completely. I've seen it happen, its not pretty.

i gotta put another clutch in my **** tomorrow.does anyone know what the spring screws ,that hold the friction/metal plates in place,are supposed to be torqued to.i dont wanna brake dem hoes.

20 or 30 ft/lbs? lol i have no idea...

whenever i replaced mine, i just tightened them as tight as i thought correct...i honestly couldnt tell you how much it was though.

1/2 impact turned up, there tight on the third du duh. and a BFH and a chisel will get that cover off

 

Man put a rose bud on the oxy acceteline torch heat it up and then pry it off then get a 8lbs sledge heat it up again and straiten it back out ha ha ha
