Biker boyz movie
without a doubt it's going to shed a negative light on the stunt scene... Numbers of easy influenced 16 and 17 year olds are going to watch this movie, get on a bike and **** themselves up, which obviously is going to shed a very negative light on the scene

I just cant see Lawernce Fishburne as a stuner and Kid Rock comeon give me a break. They made it look like it was all about raceing and fighting FO YO turf. If they only knew that everybody is all about bettering other people to better themself to intern better the sport. As far as fighting FO YO turf, we all have our favorite spot to stunt/ride, and the only people we fight are the police (FTP) I also agree with whats said above about the younger age group.

If it's just a bad movie nobody will watch it or care and it will be forgotten...
If it's a good movie, all of the Fast and the Furious fanboys(and girls) will shoot the movie down and influence all of the 16 and 17yr olds to not even bother watching it and to go rent the Fast and the Furious instead!
...and ultimately... if turns out to be a big hit, influences a lot of bad riders and as a result makes it bad for the scene.... like The Fast and the Furious the media and cops will pay attention to it for about week and the move on to the next "big story" and it will be.... forgotten! :D
BTW.... I love The Fast and the Furious, I 'm just comparing what I think will happen after this movie is released to what happened when The Fast and Furious was released.

You guys have no idea how bad that **** is gonna screw the Bay Area riders... it's bad enough as it is with every kid in an acura wanting a liter bike to go do 600ft stoppies and wheelie everywhere they go, but now they'll have some sort of image to fulfill just like the boom after the Fast n furious... but it's also possitive cause it IS good exposure ans stunt DVDs are gonna sell like crack! Besides, when they eat it, I get to pick up their crunchy peices for cheap. hehe. Maybe I should open a salvage yard...

(biker boys) I saw it tonight with my Dad. I thought it was a funny movie just because there were so many well know actors in it. And I loved the first scene...a guy doing a circle burnout on an Erion 929 with the camera in the middle.
This movie was definately not supposed to be a stunt movie, it was meant to be a street racing movie with a few stunts thrown in. Its kinda like a road racer(the guy on the closed track) that knows how to wheelie after the race win.....its not about how good he can wheelie but how good he can win races.
So taken just as a street racing movie, it WAS a sketchy. I mean c'mon racing at 150+ on a dirt road, thats not real life...you would never get enough traction and when it came time to stop you would need about 1/2 mile just to slow the bike down without skidding.
Taken as something Hollywood just threw together, all-in-all its a good flick. Now because it has some stunts in it too
I give it a B-
I liked the movie.

movie sucks
This movie had to be one of the worst movies i ever saw the only good thing was the bike, no **** the acting sucked it really did!! i have my bike in the shop and right now i could careless to even get on it im disgusted for tonight !!!
Seemed like it took them over a minute to get to 150 mph... but lookin' at the speedos.... that nitrous sent them 80-140 in less than a second.
And maybe they had parachutes to slow down in the dirt... duh
