Rate It! New xXx Web Version!

Its better than all the other designs I have come up with. I am trying to figure out a way to integrate Brocks insane background from the last version of the site into this one. For you all who have seen it, you know what I mean.

Rip into it, and critique it all you want, and if you want, compliment it...

The Site

...you all who have visted the site in the last day or 2 might have to refresh your browsers to see the new design...

outta site

I like it good job.

When I first checked out this site I thought it was just okay...but that was before I realized all the different boards you can go to and how much help you can get from people you don't even know! I am new, but I check it out every day sometimes 2x a day just to catch up on what is going on. I was surprised how many people are here and from everywhere! I think you guys are on your way to something big. And you know hind sight is 20/20 you will always think of things to add to make it better! That's the fun of it keep improving ... this may be a very newbie question but can you tell me how to post pic for the avatar and for the threads. I finally have a pic of me & bike I would like to put up on female pics! Thanks dude lol

1. The navagation is not good at all. All your buttons are behind pictures...and to top it off their white...I looked for the buttons for about 3 minutes until I gave up and decided to click on the 4 links you had presented in the gray area ......I knew there was more pages, so i made more of an effort to look around for them..and I found them...thats not good when you have someone who doesnt know what to look for, your hurting yourself and the website when the average looker is not exploring the site to the max.

2. No character to the site at all..triple xtreme who?!?! thats what the average person who doesnt know the sport will think..you have to give that website a PUNCH!!! stick it to um, let them know this isnt just some webiste about bikes and wheelies..this is about TRIPLE XTREME...only time you got that message across was during main page when you type in triplextreme.net...you have to find something about Triple X that sets them apart from the rest...find it, and expliot it like hell...have to make a place for triple x...otherwise the website just feels like another website..it lacks character...

the whole image is not working well...got to find something catchy...triple x website/ image just has no character...almost as if they blend in with every other website rather then stand out above the rest...get my drift??? the website is the number one resource for the world to nkow about them...so if the website doesnt display character...then well........

ok sorry dude..i just went off ...hehe..but good job nonetheless, you'll get it right .....I always find things to nick pick...I do it all the time with my work.

cause your so pissed you posted twice.

i hear ya. this is the beginning stage of the new site. I have taken your comments and will work on a few things. The site is lacking in the PUNCH factor, i agree with you there. But I have to disagree with you on a few things. I have recieved a few comments/emails that they like the new links on the top, well at least better than the old ones. TripleXtreme is all about wheelies and motorcycles and the stunt riding scene, its not about ****ing picking daizies...its about freestyle stunt riding, you don't get that impression on the main page seeing brock and kyle and doing crazy ****..??? TripleXtreme is about motorcylces and stuntriding (wheelies and ****). The new logo that you see when at the root of the site www.triplextreme.net is something Brock made, and ****ing rocks. Almost everyone loves the new logo. The buttons are not behind pictures, they are in front of them and they are not buttons eithers, there just text links. I am going to darken the background of the image so the white shows up better, cause I agree with you, its standing out as well.

I love your comments and they have pointed out some things that I didn't realize...Thanks!

Eric

The new logo looks tight, BUT it seems to plain. It still need somethin. When you enter the next page the grey seems to plain. I think it needs more colors or pics maybe. Other than that it looks good. Just my

I hear ya brother...its a little tough in that tiny pic to give credit. I have not gotten to the rider pics area yet, as you can see that there is still real old pictures there. When I get to that section and start adding your pimp *** pictures your gonna get massive credit!

By the way dave,
I know you probably know this, but hearing it from the alot of the top teams around here, especially in Florida, they talk about you all the time. They give you mad props all the time. A few weeks ago we were all at Moroso just waiting to go on the track and Chauncey, Gorka, Brock, Kyle, Rick, Brandon were all talking about the work you do. They trully respect your work and love what you are doing. Your the master with out question. For what its worth, I enjoy and look forward to all your photos. You have got that gift, like the stunt riders do with there bikes, but you got it with the camera....

Keep doing what your doing!!! Your helping this sport get noticed more than I think you think you are!

And thats my 2 pennies on Dave.

lata!
