Hi all,

Most of you know me by my red R1 with the single sided swingarm but my name is Matt for those of you who don't know. Well I have bad news as of 12:00 PM Sept 25 my brother died. He was in a motorcycle accident on 475 about 8:00 AM. His name was Nick Michailian he rode the baby blue CBR F4 we just fixed up. Well I will not be riding my bike anymore because I cannot stand to think about what happened. So I want to say farewell to all and be safe everyone.

Dude I am in shock. So sorry Matt I will be praying for you and your family. I was just talking to him last night. I didn't know him that will just from the few rides he was with us on but from what I talked to him he was a down to earth good kid and will be missed by everyone in the Flint motorcycle community.

Thanks man. Yeah he loved all the riders we hung out with. He always said those guys are awesome. Man he really loved to ride. I miss him alot. It just hurts so bad seeing someone you raised pass away. I will keep the forum posted.

Thanks guys for everything. What happened was he was coming home from work this morning heading north on 475 with another kid he worked with, of course both on bikes, and apparantly this other guy was ragging on nick that his bike sucked and wasn't as fast as his so they must have been racing and just before they hit the hill rd. exit a tahoe was getting on the Eway and nick lost control when he went into a tank slap and ran into the back of the truck.

We are making arrangements tomorrow morning for the funeral so I will keep everyone posted.

Damn Matt.. I stayed with your brother that night when his chain came off and all I can say is "I am soo sorry" He was a nice kid and that he was just a kid, and no one should be taken from this earth that young. I still cant believe it.. I just was talking again to him last night.. anything you need let me or anyone here know.

I will miss you and your brother a lot. I hope things change and you ride again with us, and for your brother he will always be remebered as a "Disturbed Rider"

Matt I'm so sorry to hear that man. I had to take a minute to compose myself enough to even type this cause I was thinking bout my own brother, I can't imagine what you must be going through. You asked if anyone is down for helping and I would like to. Just let me know what i can do. Parts for the bike or some help wrenching just say the word. I am going to New York tonight till Thu, but after that I'm available. I know I didn't know you two very well, but I'd still like to help if you need it. 810-919-7202.

Great and very nice kid. He will be missed by all his friends. Anything you need please let us know Matt. DR will help any way we can. As posted elsewhere, we will be having a memorial ride as soon as we get the details. Of course everyone with a bike from any group is welcome.

Im not sure if we've met or not, but for what its worth, Im sorry to hear of your loss. I wish you the best of love patients and understanding from myself and my team.
