Down time and something to try

So.. since my tire has a hole in it the size of rocket joes lil' pecker I figured I would get some ***** and try the rim polishing article I seen on superbikes forum. About 30 bucks in supplies from home depot, and about 4 hours work.

Damn they look schweet!! so far just got back done and I need to put the finishing touches on it but here is what it looks like so far.

Stripper Applied..

Close up of polished first time..

This is when I just got all the paint off..

Further shot of polished one time..

Should look pimp after I polish them again and detail the finer stuff.

Don't your tires come off??? Seems like it would be easier to do on the bench.

Tony missed 5 hours of Fiddy riding at Matt's to do that That's winter ****, get your *** out and ride. I managed to get a few heel clickers and some other new tricks down. Still not up to par with Timex's highchairs, but someday soon. I do like the rim's though big T.

Look good tony when you take the rim off you might want to clear coat it which will aid in your having to clean it everyother day.

Jake - I needed a front stand before I could take the front off. Just didnt get to take the back off yet.. so just go back and cuddle

Clear coat thats a good idea wonder how much that **** run?

Dan - Here is for the call today you farker.

Here is the final deal well 99% still some little detailing I need to do. 30 bucks and about 4 hours or so.. not bad save me like 500-600 for chrome. Not as good but still little more bling then the dull black.

They look great T. 4 hrs is not bad, I've heard of others taking a lot longer. How much to do mine? I'll take the wheels off for you...
