Sup, well for those who dont know I sold my house in Gaines n am moving out been real busy thats why I havent been on the board-(or riding much) my computer is gettn tore down in a day or two then Im not sure when Ill have internet again. Im looking to buy a house in swartz cr. area so my doughter(gabby) wont have to change schools n stuff.suprizing how much theyll approve you for a motgage these days,I could get myself in serious trouble! anyway Ill still be around hopefully, just not on internet. Im getting used to scitching(spelling?)getting both feet on the ground,just not at 100mph yet.and 2nd gear standups are ALOT better,but I cant shift to 3rd yet,front wheel just wants to drop when I try.(practice)anyways see yall in the real world-peace! gotta get closer to civilization,the closest gas station to me is in byron-8 1/2 miles away.closer to work n when we split at 2 AM I wont still have a 1/2 hour drive ahead of me also hate my floor plan,somthing w/ all bedrms on the same floor would be nice maybe a paved driveway n a garage. pre approved for 180-I cant beleive these idiots think I can afford that shiat! looking for sumthin about 125 oh yeah n a dry basement year round would be pretty cool tooo :YEAH

My house in Grand Blanc (inside city limits) is available immediately. Already closed on my 2nd house, so its currently empty for the most part. Rent and/or future purchase is also possible. A number of the guys have been there for parties and seen the the place. 1300 sq ft + finished basement, breezeway and 950 sq ft heated garage with a second floor for storage, fireplace, 3 br/1 bath. Nice shed, .65 acres, apple trees, concord grapes. All appliances included. Currently has gas stove and electric dryer, but has both gas and electric hookups for each. Also has a large freezer in the basement that I don't want to deal with moving. I saw the price range you're looking in.
