If you want to hear the best guitarists or any band of musicians you need to listen to "Dream Theater" they are the most underrated band ever.

Had their albums before you were out of diapers punk. I heard the only song by them that got any play once, about 10 years ago, and was hooked. All around musical talent was great, but wouldn't put any guitarist above "Dime". Go listen to the begining of "Broken" or "Cowboys from Hell" and get back with me.:YEAH

 

Dimebag was da-bomb no dought but I'm not sure he is @ the same level as Jimi Hendrix,Stevie Ray vauhn,Randy Roads. those would be my top three I think.....then Dimebag Jimy page has to be in there somewhere.
