As most of you know, my little brother is on a race team. Well his friend, the team rider, was in a serious wreck at road atlanta the other day. I guess what had happened was he tucked the front going hard into a corner, and he went skidding acros the track into the barrier wall. The bike went into the netting and tires first allowing enough of a gap in the **** to let him slide most of the way through, and he ended up breaking his Femur up near his hip.

They air lifted him off the track, and proceded to take him to the hospital where they gave him some shiney new hardware in his leg. I.E. some nice titanium rods to keep his **** in place.

He's fine, and they say he'll make a full recovery, and they should be home this afternoon. I'll see if I can get some pics and actually a link/copy of the article of the report.
