Actually I'm just an idiot...My chain was hangning down like 2-4 inches lower than what it was suppose to be at...So it was the slack in my chain that was making me have those problems I tightened it up and the tire doesnt do that anymore...I can tell though that the tire still sucks.

oh well...they told me that it was going to be 30 dollars of the bike and 60 dollars on the bike...so I took it off and brought it in...I just got back from ridding it for a little bit and that tire SUCKS. Race take offs **** for wheelies. Best tires are the ones that have been chicken stripped. Do some burnouts and flaten it out.
