celgsxr what up?They are a around the same $ as most of the jap bikes. 8-10gs depending if you get the 900 or 1200. parts are a little cheaper 2, that's a plus.We are running the 2005 XB12Rs. (special thanks 2 White's HD-Buell as well as Buell corp.) You can pick up chain conversion kits from $300-2500. I think the chain conv. kit from buell is like$2500. Comes w/ a new swingarm that adjusts like a jap bike. The others are just sprockets and a chain. The chain rides on a tensioner wheel (like the belt tensioner) once it stretches its time 4 a new chain. Haven't had one over heat yet. Spreaders are good as long as you "dent" the air box cover. You have to heat it with a torch and press it in. They are made out of plastic. The gas is in the frame rails & the oil is in the swingarm. balances the bike good. & stoppies are good. our one guys rolls 4-500feet on the front wheel. Highly recomend a stabilizer. Got a few diff. choices. I love the bike for stunting. circles are fine straight line good 2. buells:YEAH

Sorry so long

I'm doing a chain conversion for less than $250 and selling the belt stuff which usually sells for about $100 on Ebay. So basically you can do it for $150. There are really nice conversions which go for as high as $700, with billet aluminum idlers and crap like that, but's its not needed. I have no clue what a cage cost, but I've seen a few different versions.

Yep, I need a slot milled in the idler pulley......prob about a 2 min job for ya, but less boring than the crap you prob have to due.

I'm also thinking of some details for a wheel balancer for all of us to use. Obviously not a high speed, but like the home made ones in most magazines. 20-30 $$ to balance is

For the same gearing as stock, I'm sure a pizza pan for slow stuff on the back will be a little more. www.badweatherbikers.com has tons of guys that have done them for cheap and I have links to where to buy them at about 5 different places. PM me if need some more info.

Either is plenty power to stunt, especially after you put the normal 60 tooth sprocket in the back like most stunters. My bike makes about 107HP at the crank, which is in-line with most 600 rice burners. I think the XB9 is around 92HP at the crank. The rice burners are better for stunting for availability of parts, but I think it looks cool to see someone stunting something a little different like a Buell.

Rear Vortext Sprocket Est. $75
Front 91 Sportser Sprocket Est. $19
Spacer for front sprocket est.$2
Chain (depends how much you want to spend) Est. $100
You have to alter you existing pulley Est. Free
Nylon Idler roller from Autozone Est $15

See the below Website for all sorts of info on this.

http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buel...tml?1152107822

Hopefully that helps. Your sprocket might be more if your wanting a 72 tooth or something of that nature.
