Second oil change @ 471 Miles
Third @ 1176 Miles
Fourth @ 3091 Miles
Fith @ 5169 Miles
Sixth @ 7399 Miles
Seventh @ 8316 Miles

I love this Bike.............but want to try another.....

This bike has one owner "me" and I am near 40 years old & been riding on the street since 16 years old, this machine has never been touched by anyone but me.

why do you change the oil so much,not that its a bad thing, just curious-lotta time @ high rpm?

 

Very smart to change oil several times before bike hits 1K. That's break in time and any debris or shavings will come out at that time. I changed mine 3 times before I hit 1K.

And anyone Not doing this must Not Remember that Bike Oil also lubes the Gears and that is where most of the metal shavings are from....that is why MAGNETS on Oil Filters are in your best interest ALWAYS....

I have close to 28K orig clutch and motor pulls hard..........I service it very well..........and it pays. well the clutch is beat but it still rips.

 

the prob with the bike isnt the bike,the service it is that you can get a 06 gixx600 for 9100 out the door here in pa..i think anyone would be a fool to buy a used 05 for that amount.. not that the bike in itself isnt worth it.. but blue book would beg to differ...
i am sure the bike is everything yoy.. **** i would consider it if i didnt just buy a new 600... why did i not get a1000 you ask.. i already have one...
