Selling out of state

I got a guy coming to pick up the '98 900 (Damn, so wanted that one to be the last bike to go!). He lives in kentucky, but doesn't know the process for getting the bike transfered from a michigan title to a kentucky title. Neither do I.

Do any of ya'll know?

Re: Selling out of state

Wouldn't you just sign your title over to him, then he takes it to a kentucky DMV and turns it in, then they will give him the temp title, then a few weeks later, they will send him a New Kentucky title????

I'm pretty sure that's how it will work.

HE takes the title into his DMV, pays his taxes and they mail him a new one. Same as in state titles.

No problem there Lucky...

So now that your choices for which bike to ride has decreased, does this mean we will see you more this year?

All three are going bye-bye. And I'm getting my endorsement next weekend. But I won't be able to get the new bike unless at least 2 are sold and I can't ride untill I get the new bike.

1 down 1 to go. Ride one until you sell one.

Don't wanna ride them and risk something happening. Then I'm screwed.

No insurance. AAA found out I'm unendorsed and yanked the insurance.
