Second that shiat. Rockin out on the fiddies was one of the best times I've ever had. I still have the "****" story on camera from Houghten Lake. Hahahaha, that was funny as hell. I can't believe I got that on tape. Remember the time out at shooters when you kicked my spreader....ahhh, you still owe me a case cover miatch. Damn good times with ya bro, all your 4am drunken phone calls. You're my boy and you need to get better soon. Hope everything is going well out there man. Have you gotten any of the nurses "wet" yet? Hope so, I'm sure you've already had them hanging all over your bed (I want video) .

Well, you know we're all pulling for ya and got nothing but love for ya out this way. We keep you in our thoughts an prayers everyday. Hope you heal up quick bro. I know you'll make it through, its in your nature. Don't worry, I'll spot for all the liquor the first day your back home and on your feet.....and trust me, I'll see that through. Hope to see you soon. All the love from your boys out here in flint town.....

Heal up quick bro, we all miss ya....and seriously, I want some video of the nurses. :YEAH

Re: DR Rider Down

If anyone would like to know the hospital or address to send cards or anything to, just let me know... Sorry I haven't been updating everyone but I just moved and haven't had access from home. I'll give another update soon... and as far as the ride.. I have been out of touch with everyone due to the move so I'm not sure if things are going to happen this weekend or not...

Update

Hey... .
I visited Brett today in GR.. and he was happy to have a visitor =) I read him all of the postings (the one's wishing him well and such) and hewas so happy, a big smile came to his face. I'm pretty sure a few of you guys brought a tear to his eye. He did have a response to all of you, however the drugs were kicking in.... so he couldn't say as much as he wanted or make as much sense as he was trying to...
This (all of the postings) was completely unexpected. It feels great to see how many people are behind me and care about me. I can't even begin to say thank-you for all of your support. I am in horrific pain, but I am going to heal. I never want this to happen to any of you, always be on the lookout. Thanks for all the prayers, well wishes, they really help. Keep them coming....
LOW CLAP........ and signal (his signature move.... he said he'd do it for you all if he could)

brando made a video of him riding the fifty and partying with everyone, and he absolutely loved it, couldn't stop smiling, his mom also enjoyed it... she like s to have others come visit, it makes Brett happy. She is doing so much for the kid right now, I think that through this whole fundraiser and ride thing, we gotta show that lady some respect too, something nice for her =)

If you get a chance to visit, write a letter, post a reply on here, or somehow just say what up to the man, it's going to help SO MUCH. For anyone who knows Brett, we all know he doesn't do very well with sitting still, doing nothing and looking at the wall all day, is not something he likes much. Anything to distract his thoughts and make him think about something else is going to help. Keep posting to him and I'll make sure he gets them. The kid has a rough road ahead of him, and can use all the support to ease the pain.

After lunch... a few dorito's and 3 or 4 sips of gatorade xfactor..... the meds began to kick in and he told me about a secret mission he was sent on in mexico.... than he's like the mission didn't even exsist..... he fell asleep.... woke u... and stuck his tongue out at me..... smiled and fell back asleep.... right before i left...he goes "You've just been served" So just so you all know.... he's def. still Brett.... he just has his ups and downs, which is completely understandable =)

Mary (his mom) said all they're sure of right now is that he'll probably be at the GR hospital for another week and 1/2.... after that they're not sure yet.... and the surgery that took muscle from his stomach and put into his leg, went great, there is circulation (i heard it today with a machine, amazing)

THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT, AND WE REALLY NEED TO GET THIS FUNDRAISER ... RIDE IN ACTION... I'M WILLING TO DO WHATEVER TIM =)

Re: DR Rider Down

Hey Guys... .
I visited Brett on Thursday night, only for about an hour and half, but it was really good to see him. He is def. making improvement! The nurse said he should be moving to rehab real soon.... they're wheening him off of the morphene... which is very good (well, brett doesn't seem to think so, he likes it i believe) The circulation is still going through his left leg really well, I heard it on the machine. That's pretty exciting, because it means that major surgery worked =) He was in good spirits when i was there, making jokes, just like Brett would. Still flirting with the nurses, and cracking them up. He had his mom videotape him during all of this and said a few words to everyone on stuntlife and his group of friends that are showing so much support, so look for that on here sometime. He said to tell everyone WHAT'S UP!

He called me on Sunday morning around 11 am just to say thanks again for visiting (and bringing him XFactor Gatorade, which he now loves. I don't know if you all knew this, but before this accident brett didn't taste or smell, well his senses are back and he knows what he likes =) Anyways, he told me the nurse said if he wanted they could put him in a wheelchair and take him up to the top floor to look out the window, and he said his mom and him were going to try that. Basically, he's had a really good look at the hospital ceiling for the last couple weeks, plus his visitors. Bad News.... Brett said the doctor told him they're still unsure if he'll ever regain feeling in his left arm, which since the accident has been numb.

Keep thinking about this kid ... give him a call.... send him a card..... or just post him something on here.... it all helps guys =)
Have a great day!

Re: DR Rider Down

Hey Guys...
Brett would love it if you'd call him ! He's just bored there... so if you have a minute say hello to the crazy man....
He just called and gave me a lil update... pretty much just wanted to chat i think, but the docs took the cast off his left arm (the one he can't feel and they're unsure if he'll ever regain feeling) and it is healing well. He said he's moving his toes a lot, and he hopes to be out of grand rapids and heading to saginaw in a week or a lil more =)

direct line to his room: 616-391-7265

THANKS !
