Well, I know the season isn't over just yet but close. It's that tear in your eye wishy washy recap of the year time.

The GOOD
-some new riders this year that fit in and seemed to have a lot of fun
-Lot's of good weather and nice Friday rides
-Not to much of the cops chasing us around
-Lots of different rides, twisties, wheelies, straights, x-ways
-Borne actually rode with us some
-Matt on first shift
-None of our regulars died
-Flips stunt show in burton, party before was better though
-Jarsh's FIDDY show at the church
-Some of the shady characters don't ride no more
-Lapeer boys showing for some rides
-A lot more groups things, shows, partys, eating....

The BAD
-of course Tony and Jakes accidents
-Saying goodbye to our friend Chris who moved to Florida
-Bigjeff not riding but a few times because of time restraints
-Jack only riding once, better than nothing I guess
-Rusty all but giving up riding of Fridays
-Mark stuck in Iraq most of the season
-Flip going from "happy go lucky" to "tatood and angry"
-No signs of Chad and "blue R1 Matt again."
-It's Fall and riding season almost done


All in all it was the funnest year for riding I've ever had. I pretty much only rode on Friday nights and managed to put on about 6K, so we rode a lot more than usual. Lots of great rides and no one getting killed or put in jail. Stuck together as a group more than ever also. It was really great to get some new riders that shared the same interest also. Post up your thoughs.

Nice to have you back out.

 

The Good:

1. While I was riding I got or was getting real damn close to clutch ups.
2. I met some new and pretty cool people.
3. Hanging out at the bars after rides and watching drunk chicks stumble out.
4. Realizing how important good friends are in times of your life that is unexpected.
5. Realizing somethings or some people are better off being gone.

The Bad:

1. Mine and Jakes wreck (well both of his).
2. Loosing my 929 and all the work I done to it.
3. Loosing 10 years of my life to someone not worthy of them.
4. Stuntlife being up only 50% of the time.
5. Having to settle for another GM car for 2 years
6. Loosing Jeff.. but we know priorities bro.

The Ugly:

1. That chick that thought scott called a ho at the bar.

 

Shady characters? I detect a reference to past "members" of FTP here...


You forgot what happened the second Friday I was back - John riding down Bristol "without his headlight on", with no plate, Demon redlining and standing up back and forth while John was stopped, and then being let go "because he just crashed earlier in the day".

THE GOOD: getting to meet all you guys
having some of the best fun i ever had riding
watching you guys do some crazy shiaaattt
learned how to corner on gravel in lapeer
relized being in the back of the group sucks especially
when cops are behind you.
