I am not buying what your selling. They don't just throw tickets out. The only way you could ever get out of all those tickets is either no officer show up for the court date which if they are only a week old so you wouldn't even be in the cue to go fight them or suck the officers DEEK so he'll throw them out. So which did you do?
In a reality world they would offer to throw certain tickets to keep others and/or down grade the tickets. Not to often someone with more then one ticket in a single sitting gets out of all the tickets unless the officer doesn't show up to the court date. Just my experince and from listening to other people.

How the F did you impede Traffic? I've never seen you go slow enough to impede anyone. Hell I've never seen you go slow enough to stay with the group all night...
