Yea I have acess and there is already 1 layer of batting down, your the first to say to go with more batting, why do you recommend it over the blown in? Thanks for your input!

Amen, They have that **** in my Attic. When I open the attic door it goes all over. It's even found it's way into my cold air returns and I've drilled a few holes in the ceiling and it was like sand pouring out of an hour glass.

Masters of the blown...seriously!? WTF that means I recieve, not give, and last I checked you can't ride past 9 at night because you need to be home with Dan to "blow" him...secondly you really need to work on the put downs bud...jesus this is the worst one you have ever come up with! Don't waste our time you were never a master of words, just photo-shop so stick with and bring joy to the group with that and those hilarious POW POW Power wheelies!

Definitely go with the panther...neater, more consistent R rating, and doesn't mold up!

Re: Anyone know about blown in insulation

If you do use blown insulation make sure to put venting in, and too thick. If you use to much it will settle and not work properly. That's when moisture builds up and you get mold. I used to do that a long time ago.
