Talking Faulty brakes
Soooo, judging by the photos I would have to guess someone had some faulty brakes. Hopefully they didnt hurt themselves trying to right this situation.

P.S. This was taken about 2 blocks away from the Village Hall.

Because it is where the OLX stunt show was. On 16th st in chicagoheights 2 blocks away from the village hall and the police station.

I didnt get to go to the OLX show. I was down that way for work and thought it was funny. How ironic thats where the Stunt show was.
