With Beef, one part powdered bakers cocoa (NOT hot cocoa mix) 4 parts brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper and a tiny bit of cinnamon
Pork Brown sugar, cumin, chili powder, garlic, onion, salt pepper and a tiny bit of nutmeg. (same as beef, but no cocoa, and sub nutmeg for cinnamon)
chicken, for a rub I just do garlic powder, onion powder, salt, snd pepper. I cut fresh sage, thyme and rosemary and bundle it together with sliced vidalia onion, take a slab of butter, crush it into the fresh herbs with a rolling pin or plate, and pour about a quarter cup of white wine over the herbs. I stuff that under the skin of the chicken.

And CALL ME!! I have so much to catch you up on! Last we talked I got the job as sportbike mechanic at the new shop, well I kinda already got a $2 raise & then a promotion to boot.. ASSISTANT MANAGER! Woot woot!

Had some this weekend. Very easy to pick up a hoodrat here in LA if you know where to go. I just went throu a flashback and got pissed is all.. its when I read stuff like that, it gets triggered. Im fine now. And happy. :D
