I have a 2004 cbr600rr. Iv had this problem for a little while now but it's been very hit or miss. It completely cuts in and out anywhere between 5000 and 8000 rpm's it doesn't matter if I'm accelerating or just maintaining speed. It's getting worse as the days go on but if I turn the bike off and back on it will be ok for a couple minutes. Any advice on what it could be?

 

i had the same problem on my first bike (hyosung gs650) the bike would just turn off and on when i was riding and could be dangerous at high speeds, i never figured it out though. i only had the bike for 2 months. i took everything on it apart too. i always thought it could of been a bad ECU. good luck and keep me posted if you figure it out.
