Hi.
I'm Iain. From the UK, 23, and this is my beloved sack of ****.
Cant do, well anything at the moment. Came here hoping to learn a thing or two about getting the bike sorted & where to get started.
It's a '92 Suzuki GS500-E. Cheap insurance, over here parts are dirt cheap when you do crash & easy to get ahold of. Although it's a bit slow. Nothing special...Rennetec engine bars, EBC HH pads upfront, rebuilt stock caliper, goodridge line. +7 on the rear sprocket, vance & hines exhaust system (with a hole in the side.) Flat bars & an ebay spec enduro headlight. Did run a two finger BMX brake lever as a clutch for a while, but found it too heavy so have taken it off till i can get an easy pull setup. It's also had a bandit 600 rear wheel swap with a 150/60/17 rear tyre fitted.
In the process of swapping engines at the moment as the old one **** it's bottom end earlier on this week. Look forward to being a part of the forum
